International Client Communication Specialist (English)

Interlogis Time Critical is a European transport and logistics company, and we're growing our team in Bishkek.
We're looking for confident, ambitious people who want to develop in international business, communication and sales. You'll communicate directly with companies across Europe, speak English every day and learn how international B2B business works.
No logistics experience is required — we will teach you everything you need to know.
What you'll do
Speak with potential business clients across Europe
Make outbound calls and communicate in English every day
Introduce our company and understand whether there is potential for cooperation
Reach decision-makers and arrange meetings for our Business Development team
Follow up with prospects by email and phone
Work toward clear individual targets and earn performance bonuses
Who we're looking for
You don't need to be an experienced salesperson.
We're interested in people who are:
Confident in spoken English (strong B2+/C1)
Comfortable talking to new people
Communicative and able to think during a conversation
Ambitious and motivated by results
Open to feedback and willing to learn
Interested in developing an international career
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, call centers or other communication-based roles is an advantage, but not required.
If you've lived, studied or worked abroad and are comfortable communicating with foreigners, that's also a big plus.
