Job Identification

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to be a part of our Marketing team and take ownership of our digital platforms, CCINext and ASA (Artificial Sales Assistant) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

What We Expect:

  1. Take ownership of and lead marketing projects related to digital platforms (CCINext and ASA) to achieve business objectives, drive volume growth, strengthen market presence, and improve brand visibility
  2. Manage monthly customer loyalty program calculations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and conduct field training sessions
  3. Track program performance and results through the internal platform (Vispera) and prepare regular performance reports
  4. Manage project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource utilization
  5. Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews and reporting for CCINext and ASA for internal and external stakeholders and support the Sales Team in identifying key focus areas
  6. Conduct market visits and regular customer audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  7. Generate ideas and propose improvements to scorecards and program mechanics based on market trends, business needs, and field feedback.
  8. Analyze program performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement, execution quality, and business results.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation)
  3. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
  4. Experience in preparing business reports, presentations, and performance analyses
  5. Strong project management & organizational skills
  6. Strong communication skills & stakeholder management skills.
  7. English - Upper-Intermediate level and above
