Cambridge English Teacher (IGCSE & A Level)

Maarif Educational Complex is seeking a qualified and experienced Cambridge English Teacher to teach IGCSE and A Level English Language & Literature within our international academic programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Cambridge IGCSE and A Level English Language and/or Literature.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with Cambridge standards.
• Prepare students for external Cambridge examinations.
• Assess student progress and provide detailed academic feedback.
• Create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or A Level is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English (native or near-native level).
• Excellent classroom management and assessment skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
