Business Development tasks related to publishing, distribution, and marketing of our games portfolio and especially the upcoming titles as part of the dedicated marketing team at 4Tale Production. My main goal is to build and manage publishing partnerships with third-party publishers and investors. This goes as far as evaluating new project ideas based on market research, trends, and consumer/publisher feedback. Main scope of responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for Marketing, Monetization and Content teams - Handle communication with external partners - Constant work in alignment with Legal, Marketing, Monetization, Development, Analytics, Content and other teams - Develop senior-level relationships with prospective and current partners - Oversee agreements, reports, invoices, acts, and amendments - Provide regular reports and analysis to track both drivers and issues; monitor performance and implement learning into future iterations - Lead negotiations with prospective partnerships, resolving any issues as they arise and ensuring compliance with publishing/partnership agreements TLDR: I work on international bizdev, content licensing, business strategy, and deal-making, connecting the right partners with the right projects.

- Working remotely with a multinational team based in Belgium, Italy, Germany, Serbia and Spain; - Supporting IBF Green Unit and BiRD (Bureu for Institutional Reform and Democracy) in implementing and managing of international cooperation projects financed by GIZ and other donors such as EU Delegation, European Commission (EC), EIB, CEB, CINEA, World Bank, etc. in the area of focus on Public Administraton and Law, Climate change mitigation and adaptation, Climate Change Sustainability, Water supply, Sanitation and Wastewater Management, Economy and Public Finance Management, Social and Agricultural and Rural Development Sectors etc. ; - Screening of CVs, identification of relevant experts (internal and external databases, networks, LinkedIn, etc.); - Building and expansion of IBF's network of international and local experts. - Expert profile analysis against the criteria set in the Tender Documentation (ToRs); - Liaison with experts (international and local) to set up winning teams; - Preparing CVs and administrative dossier in line with main international donors’ procurement procedures, ensuring high-quality technical proposals submission; - Final selection of negotiated experts and their involvement as KEs/NKEs in tender bids.
