- Preparing yearly, quarter, monthly and operative plans on the base of materials receiving plans and offloading of ready goods in accordance with Production plans. - Development of Intraorganizational and interorganizational delivery of materials and employees. - Planing of Vehicles, eqiupments, loading and offloading operations as per Production plans. - Control of the rational use of vehicles according their established norms of bearing capacity and content. - Development, emplementation and monitoring of event to provide reduce downtime under loading and offloading operations. - The selection and purchase of vehicles. - Choice of the most suitable leasing companies for vehicle purchases. - Search and attraction of companies for repair and maintenance of vehicles. - Planning, monitoring the work of subordinates (drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, accountant). - Work with external organizations (Police, Insurance companies, Rectal). - Control of timely passage of cars maintenance. - Organization and emplementation of ISO 9000 DCS in Department.

- Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedule for rolling-stock as: Truck Cranes, Passenger Cars, Trucks and Buses. - Compose of duty schedule. - Control of timely passage of cars maintenance. - Organization and control of correct write off spare parts and fuels. - Preparing of department budget, controlling of his usage. - Extract of travel sheets and related documentation. - Management of the transport department of the company (carpark more than 60 cars). - Organization of carpark vehicle correct ussage. - Registration and take off the books company's vehicles. - Development of the norms as per regional characteristic for the company vehicles. - Planning, monitoring the work of subordinates (drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, accountant).
