- Conducted detailed research of the intended subject matter for the IWPR in CA project Central Asian Bureau for Analytical Reporting (CABAR.asia). The platform was established within the project “Strengthening Capacities, Bridging Divides – Reducing Tensions across Central Asia” supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Provided well-balanced and reliable analytical materials, investigative reports on socially significant information of Central Asian countries. - Collected and processed qualitative and quantitative information related to the economic and social development of the Central Asian countries through desk research and relevant communications with national and international stakeholders. Conducted and recorded face-to-face and/or telephone interviews with subjects following predetermined interview protocol, data collection procedures, and documentation standards. Maintained accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary. Participated in ongoing projects and contributed to events at the IWPR CA.

- Analyzed survey data on-campus activities, dining services, and new students’ orientation to recommend future improvements. Monitored the progress of at-risk students and offered academic support in English and mathematics twice weekly. Provided career counseling and instructed workshops on writing resumes and cover letters as well as improving interviewing skills. - Supported and encouraged 140 students enrolled in the university. Did research, designed, planned and facilitated 12 workshop events around themes of culture, identity and equity through topics such as media, diversity and intercultural fluency. - Managed the Student Government Association and led the implementation of two major campus clubs: Model United Nations Club and Debate Club. Led a two-day Model United Nations Conference for 80 students from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan in March 2018. Facilitated a workshop on women’s empowerment.

- Tracked investment projects and tenders of international donors. Worked with over 200 stakeholders on investment projects in mining, energy, construction, and agriculture. Acquired knowledge on international procurement guidelines and procedures for local and international tenders for investment consulting companies including the Asian Development Bank consultant Management System (ADB CMS). Learned HR and accounting procedures within the bookkeeping for financial reports of projects and organizations. - Conducted interviews and analyzed survey data to write case studies for the organization web-page to promote the sharing of effective practices for the audience and international partners/ donors. Mentored 6 interns and created 8 training manuals for important daily functions to onboard new employees. Supported recruitment efforts at the Career Expo Bishkek 2016 for new entry-level positions.

- Conducted research and collected data through complex techniques and procedures, library research, structured interviews or other project-specific methodology. Planed and modified research techniques, procedures, tests, equipment or software management. - Interpreted, synthesized and analyzed data. Reviewed and edited data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information – follow up with subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected. Updated material regularly for the institute’s databases.
