Implementation of all HSE requirement for the System Completions team.Plan and execute the PAS PCS requirements associated with pre-SAT readiness activities,Site Acceptance Test (SAT), SAT check sheet / punch list close out and client commissioning support. Responsible for meeting progress targets and schedule compliance in assigned area.Filling in for other PCS Engineers during periods of absence or handover/ crew change.Ensuring standards are maintained and the integrity of the documentation, data and software are maintained, including the client’s cyber security directive (CIRS).Responsible for PCS related technical validation and completeness of any document redlines (basis for as-building) for the assigned area.Co-ordination of work-related tasks with team engineers and client (as directed by Field Team Lead), to action and progress work items according to project schedules.Preparation of written reports and submission to Field Team Lead. Maintain effective communication and reporting to the Field Team Lead to ensure meeting of project requirements and schedule. Ensure Systems Completions procedures and processes are followed in alignment with project specifications, procedures and management of change. Implementation and completion of technical for PCS Honeywell Safety Manager responsibilities, under the direction of the Field Team Lead; delivering on schedule project scope for systems and sub-systems.Completion of subsystem check sheets and punch lists, under the direction of the Field team Lead.

Work schedule is 28/28 on Tengiz. Develop and provide all operating and maintenance procedures concerning to the automation control systems. Monitor and track status of procedure completion and provide periodic reports. Act as an expert in the framework of automation procedures standardization process. Able to conduct functional check using Smart Procedures tools as well as verification of modified or new procedures.

Worked by rotation schedule 28/28 in the TCO company as a Honeywell service engineer. Took part in turnarounds of KTL / SGP plants and in small upgrade projects (OBH, K3W). Main activities: development and implementation of control modules for the technological process(Experion PKS Control Builder), SCADA points building (Experion PKS Quick Builder), HPM and HG points building (TPS), building HMI graphics (Experion PKS, TPS),maintenance of FSC / SafetyManager systems which are used for the emergency startup/shutdown (replacement of failed I / O modules, CPUs, communication modules) , loop checking, functional tests. Worked at KPO. Took part in the upgrade project "Integration of OMNI system into SCADA".

Worked on the project "Taraz Water Supply Unit Automation" Main Activities: installation of Experion PKS (Honeywell) software system, configuration of logic control of submersible pumps in the MasterLogic 50 PLC, SCADA points and HMI displays building by using the Experion system.
