Identifying the needs of the mobile health support in the target population and participating in the definition, planning and updating of the appropriate MSF strategy and the mobile health activities and its budget. Performing initial data collection and establishing base line criteria, analysing data and mapping the potential problems • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the monitoring tools and coordinating the implementation of the mobile health activities, protocols and procedures in order to provide the most appropriate support to the target population. Collecting and analysing data and documenting the lessons learned • Ensuring continuous networking and active search for partners (e.g. MoH, national associations, universities, specialized commercial firms or non-profit organization) • Planning and supervising, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, briefing/debriefing, evaluation, detection of potential, motivation, development and internal communication) of the medical staff • Participating in reports according to guidelines (SitRep, statistical report, etc.) and reporting problematic situations o Develop algorithms and SOPs, triage criteria, based on the MoH protocol for the home based care. o Ensure ongoing training and quality control of care of MSF medical team

Monitoring and updating the medical content, scanning health needs and translating them into project objectives •Representing concerning medical issues, ensuring its good public image and regular contacts with other actors in the country, negotiating with authorities •Participating and contributing in the definition and update of the policy, annual plan and budgets in order to develop new projects and programs •Coaching, training, motivating and helping the teams in the mission •Collaborating, together with the logistics department in the pharmacy management in order supply of drugs and medical material •Assisting in defining and implementing the staff health and security policies

•Coaching, training phthisiology (tuberculosis) in practical and lecture classes •Developing methodical material for conducting classes •Conducting scientific activities •Providing quality success reports

•Monitoring of registration and verification of all TB cases, including TB/HIV co-infection •Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of the national TB program and preparing reports at various events with the participation of the Ministry of Health and international organizations •Carrying out monitoring visits to medical organizations to assess the implementation of anti-TB measures with a view to implementing National Programs "Tuberculosis IV", "Tuberculosis-V", "Den-Sooluk" •Development of national TB documents, accounting reсord forms •Couching and training for doctors on updated reсord forms and new definitions of WHO on TB, clinical protocols of TB, HIV/TB •Closely cooperated with international organizations (UNDP, USAID, MSF, ICRC) •Participation in the planning of medical activities, including the calculation of medicines and medical products

•Conducting lecture and seminar classes for students on tuberculosis. Preparing a methodological basis for teaching students •Carring out clinical work: differential diagnosis of patients with presumed tuberculosis, medical activities in the pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis departments of the National Center for Phthisiology •Participating in the scientific activities of the department
