Getting a repair set up with us is simple. You contact us, tell us what's going on with your appliance, and we find a time that works for you. A technician comes to your home, checks the appliance, and finds out what's actually wrong. Our service call fee is $39, which covers the visit and a full diagnosis. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, that fee is applied toward the cost.

Before any work begins, you receive a written estimate, so you know the price up front and there are no surprises. If you decide not to repair, you only pay the service call fee.

For property managers, we can coordinate directly with tenants for access and send invoices to the billing contact, which saves you the back-and-forth.

All our repairs come with a 4-month warranty. We want the problem fixed properly, and we stand behind our work if something isn't right.
